Refund policy

Your satisfaction is very important and I hope that you love your artwork. Should you for any reason not be satisfied with your order, please get in touch at info@thecraftywagtails.co.uk and we will be happy to refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

All returns must be returned in their original condition and packaging and unused. On receipt of the returned item your refund or exchange will be processed.  Please allow 7-10 working days for the refund to process. The cost of returns postage will not be refunded

Sale items cannot be returned.

Damaged items:

I will always ensure your order is protected and securely packaged when dispatched. Should the unfortunate situation occur where your order arrives damaged, please take a photograph of the damaged item and contact us via our email - info@thecraftywagtails.co.uk
